Important information

1. Definitions 1.1 "Event" means Ali Amrane - One Love Fest Summer Edition, a concert held at l'Auberge Thaïs à Béjaïa. 1.2 "Organizer" means the party producing and operating the Event. 1.3 "Ticket" means any physical or electronic admission permit to the Event. 2. Entry requirements and age restrictions 2.1 All attendees must hold a valid Ticket and present government-issued photo identification on request. 2.2 Age restrictions: attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Organizers may refuse admission to unaccompanied minors. Attendees aged 16–17 may be admitted without a guardian only with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian, if requested by the Organizer. 2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who does not meet these requirements. 3. Ticket policy 3.1 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated in a specific public notice by the Organizer. 3.2 Tickets are non-transferable unless the Organizer has enabled an explicit, verified exchange mechanism (e.g., authorized resale or transfer service). Unauthorized resale or transfer may void the Ticket without refund. 3.3 Lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets will not be replaced except at the Organizer’s sole discretion and subject to proof of purchase and verification procedures. 3.4 Entry may be refused or revoked for counterfeit, duplicated, or invalid Tickets. 4. Prohibited items and behavior 4.1 Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, glass containers, outside alcohol, fireworks, laser pointers, professional camera/video equipment (unless pre-authorized), drones, and any item that the Organizer reasonably deems hazardous. Local laws may impose additional prohibitions. 4.2 Prohibited behavior includes disorderly conduct, violence, harassment, climbing on structures not intended for public use, throwing objects, intoxication causing a disturbance, and failure to comply with security or staff instructions. 4.3 The Organizer and venue security may search persons and belongings on entry and throughout the Event. Refusal to submit to a search may result in denied entry or ejection. 5. Event-specific rules for concerts 5.1 Noise and safety: amplified sound levels will be high. Attendees take responsibility for personal hearing protection. Children and persons sensitive to loud noise should take precautions. 5.2 Stage access: unauthorized access to performance areas, backstage, or technical zones is prohibited. 5.3 Weather (if applicable): if portions of the Event are outdoors, the Organizer may modify the program or relocate stages due to adverse weather for safety reasons. Tickets remain subject to the cancellation and refund policy in section 3. 6. Dress code and accessibility 6.1 There is no formal dress code, but attendees must wear shirts and footwear. The Organizer may deny entry to those wearing clothing that displays offensive or illegal content. 6.2 Accessibility accommodations are available where reasonably practicable. Attendees requiring assistance should contact the Organizer in advance. 7. Liability disclaimer 7.1 Attending the Event is at the attendee’s own risk. The Organizer, venue, performers, sponsors, and service providers are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where law requires otherwise. 7.2 The Organizer’s total liability for any claim arising from the Event is limited to the face value of the Ticket, except for liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. 8. Photography, recording and publicity 8.1 By entering the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such media for promotional or commercial purposes without additional consent or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8.2 Personal, non-commercial photography and recording for private use is permitted unless expressly prohibited for specific performances or areas. The Organizer may restrict or confiscate unauthorized professional equipment and recordings. 8.3 Redistribution, commercial use, or public broadcast of recordings without prior written authorization from the Organizer is prohibited. 9. Enforcement and changes 9.1 Organizers and venue staff have full authority to enforce these terms, refuse entry, or remove attendees for violations. 9.2 The Organizer may update Event policies or schedule; material changes will be communicated via official channels where reasonably practicable. 10. Governing law 10.1 These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the venue is located. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
