Important information
1. Definitions 1.1 "Event" means El Besta - One Love Fest Summer Edition, a concert held at l'Auberge Thaïs à Béjaïa. 1.2 "Organizer" means the promoter and operators of the Event. 1.3 "Ticket" means any valid admission proof issued for Standard or VIP entry. 2. Entry requirements and age restrictions 2.1 All attendees must present a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID when requested. 2.2 Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times unless otherwise stated by the Organizer. If local law sets a higher or lower age restriction for attendance or alcohol consumption, the local law applies. 2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who cannot verify identity, age, or ticket validity. 3. Ticket policy 3.1 Tickets remain the property of the Organizer. Entry is subject to search and compliance with these terms. 3.2 Tickets are non-transferable except where the Organizer expressly enables transfer or exchange through official channels. Unauthorized resale or purchase from third parties may render the ticket void. 3.3 Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in the ticket purchase terms (e.g., event cancellation), all ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be provided for change of mind, late arrival, or failure to attend. 3.4 In the event of cancellation or material change to the Event, Organizer’s refund or reissue policies published at the time will apply. 4. Prohibited items and behavior 4.1 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, fireworks, glass containers, large flags or banners that obstruct view, professional camera or recording equipment (unless pre-authorized), unauthorized drones, and any item deemed dangerous by security. 4.2 Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: violence, harassment, discrimination, intoxicated or disorderly conduct, climbing on structures, blocking exits, and any activity that endangers others. 4.3 The Organizer and security personnel may confiscate prohibited items and will eject individuals who breach these rules without refund. 5. Event-specific rules (concert) 5.1 Noise and sound: The Event is a live concert; attendees should expect high noise levels. Attendees with sensitivity to loud sound are advised to wear ear protection. Organizer is not liable for hearing damage. 5.2 Crowd safety: Follow all steward and security instructions, use designated entrances/exits, and respect queuing systems. Do not obstruct aisles, emergency exits, or access ways. 5.3 VIP areas: Access to VIP areas is restricted to VIP ticket holders and their guests as permitted. VIP privileges do not guarantee immunity from security screening or removal for misconduct. 5.4 Weather: If the Event is affected by adverse weather, Organizer may delay, suspend, relocate, or cancel for safety. No refunds for weather-related interruptions unless specified in cancellation policy. 6. Liability disclaimer 6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, venue, performers, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property arising from attendance, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct. 6.2 Attendees enter and participate at their own risk. It is the attendee’s responsibility to take reasonable care for personal safety and property. 7. Photography and recording 7.1 The Organizer may record, film, or photograph the Event. By attending, attendees grant the Organizer a perpetual, royalty-free right to use any images, video, or audio in which they appear for promotional, broadcast, or commercial purposes without compensation. 7.2 Personal non-commercial photography and mobile video recording for private use are permitted unless otherwise restricted in specific areas. Use of professional cameras, interchangeable lenses, audio recorders, or tripods requires prior written authorization. 7.3 Unauthorized professional recording, streaming, or broadcasting is prohibited and may result in seizure of equipment and ejection. 8. Enforcement and amendments 8.1 Security personnel and Organizer staff have full authority to enforce these terms. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry, removal, confiscation of prohibited items, or involvement of law enforcement. 8.2 The Organizer may amend these terms for safety, legal, or operational reasons; the most current terms are available from the Organizer and govern the Event.
