1. Purpose and scope These general conditions apply to the event "Dahka w Ghnaya — Part 1 (Constantine)" organized at Zénith — Salle Ahmed Bey. Purchasing a ticket implies unconditional acceptance of these terms. 2. Access and age restrictions Access is permitted to persons aged 16 and over. Minors aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The organizer reserves the right to request an official ID to verify age. Any person not meeting the age requirements may be refused entry without refund. 3. Ticket types and ticketing policy Ticket categories: Silver — Launch price, Silver, Gold — Launch price, Gold, Carré Or — Launch price, Carré Or, VIP Experience, VIP Signature. Tickets are sold for a seat that may be assigned or unassigned depending on the offer. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the organizer. Tickets are nominative and non-transferable unless the transfer option is explicitly enabled by the organizer; any unauthorized transfer may lead to ticket cancellation without refund. In case of fraud, forgery or illegal resale, entry may be refused. 4. Cancellation, postponement and force majeure The organizer reserves the right to modify the time, date, programming or to cancel the event for operational reasons or force majeure. In case of cancellation, refund or exchange procedures will be communicated according to applicable law and the announced policy. The organizer is not responsible for ancillary costs (transportation, accommodation, etc.) incurred by the ticket holder. 5. Security checks and entry All attendees are subject to security checks (searches, detectors, bag checks). Refusal to submit to these checks may result in denial of access without refund. Entries and re-entries are subject to the venue's policy; please check the conditions indicated on your ticket. 6. Prohibited items and behaviors Prohibited items: weapons, dangerous objects, glass bottles, alcoholic beverages brought from outside, drugs, pyrotechnic devices, smoke devices, drones, sticks, instruments that could injure, unauthorized advertising signs. Prohibited behaviors: violence, harassment, discrimination, vandalism, stage intrusion, consumption of illegal substances. Any person violating these rules will be expelled without refund and may be subject to legal action. 7. Concert-specific rules Public order instructions must be respected. The public is informed that high sound levels may be present; it is recommended that people sensitive to noise or infants avoid the event. Organizers may impose quiet zones or provide hearing protection. Technical equipment and safety barriers must not be crossed. 8. Dress code Appropriate and decent attire is required. The organizer and venue staff reserve the right to refuse access to persons whose clothing is deemed inappropriate according to the venue rules. 9. Liability The organizer and the venue disclaim any liability in case of loss, theft, damage or deterioration of personal belongings. The organizer's liability is limited to proven direct damages and shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket, within the limits permitted by law. The organizer is not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties, technical incidents beyond its control, or events of force majeure. 10. Photography, recording and broadcasting The organizer reserves the right to take photographs, audio and video recordings during the event. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee authorizes the free and non-exclusive use of their image and recordings for the promotion, broadcasting and archiving of the event. Personal video and audio recording is subject to prior agreement from the organizer; professional use or commercial broadcasting without written authorization is prohibited. Phones and devices may be temporarily confiscated in case of non-compliant use. 11. Personal data Information collected during purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. They are used for ticketing management, security and communication related to the event. 12. Applicable law and disputes These conditions are governed by the legislation in force in the country where the event takes place. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
