Important information
1. Scope These terms and conditions apply to all tickets and access to the event "Dahka w Ghnaya — Part 2 (Constantine)" held at Zénith — Salle Ahmed Bey. Purchasing a ticket implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. 2. Access and age restrictions Access is allowed only upon presentation of a valid ticket and official identification upon request. The event is recommended for audiences aged 12 and over; minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to persons whose age is doubtful and who cannot present proof. 3. Ticketing policy Available ticket categories: Silver — Launch Price, Silver, Gold — Launch Price, Gold, Carré Or — Launch Price, Carré Or, VIP Experience, VIP Signature. Tickets are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by the organizer. Tickets are non-assignable and non-transferable, unless the exchange option has been expressly activated by the organizer or the official point of sale. In case of event cancellation, refund procedures will be communicated by the organizer in accordance with applicable regulations. 4. Prohibited items and behaviour It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons of any kind, illegal substances, glass containers, bottles > 500 ml, sharp objects, smoke devices, firecrackers, professional cameras without authorization, drones, or any item likely to compromise safety. Aggressive behaviour, harassment, excessive alcohol consumption, throwing objects towards the stage or audience, and any action endangering others will result in ejection without refund. Security searches may be conducted at the entrance. 5. Concert-specific rules Sound levels may be high; noise-sensitive persons should take this into account. Seated areas must remain accessible to staff in case of emergency. Access to the pit and reserved areas (Carré Or, VIP Experience, VIP Signature) is strictly reserved for holders of the corresponding tickets. Access conditions to VIP areas may include specific identification checks. 6. Weather conditions and force majeure The event takes place indoors; however, in case of exceptional events making access impossible (strikes, disasters, administrative restrictions), the organizer reserves the right to change the date, times or to cancel. Information will be communicated via official channels. The organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the participant (transport, accommodation) in case of modification or cancellation. 7. Liability and insurance Participants attend the event at their own risk. The organizer, the venue and their providers cannot be held liable for loss, theft, bodily injury or material damage suffered on the premises, except in case of proven fault by the organizer. It is recommended to take out personal insurance. 8. Photography, recording and image rights The organizer reserves the right to film and photograph the event for promotional and commercial purposes. By entering, participants consent to the use of their image without remuneration. Professional recording or video/audio capture for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization. Amateur use is tolerated provided it does not disturb the audience or the artist. 9. Sanctions and enforcement Failure to comply with these terms may result in measures ranging from warning to immediate ejection without refund and, if necessary, criminal prosecution. Final provisions These terms are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction of the event location. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the venue's jurisdiction, within the limits of the law.
