Important information

1. Definitions 1.1 “Event” means Djam & TiMoh - One Love Fest Summer Edition (Music). 1.2 “Organizer” means the entity staging the Event at l'Auberge Thaïs à Béjaïa. 1.3 “Ticket” means an admission right for Standard or VIP entry as issued by the Organizer. 2. Entry and Age Restrictions 2.1 All attendees must present a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID on request. 2.2 Minimum age: attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Entry may be refused for attendees who cannot prove age or guardianship. 2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for safety, security, or behavioral reasons. 3. Ticket Policy 3.1 Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and admission type specified. Admission may be refused for misuse or forgery. 3.2 Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless the Organizer explicitly permits transfers or exchanges in writing or via the official ticketing channel. 3.3 No refunds except where required by applicable law or where the Organizer cancels the Event. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer’s refund or rescheduling policy announced at the time of cancellation will apply. 3.4 Resale of tickets at a higher price than face value or on unauthorized platforms is prohibited and may invalidate the ticket. 4. Prohibited Items and Behavior 4.1 Prohibited items include: weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, glass containers, large umbrellas, fireworks, laser pointers, professional camera equipment without prior authorization, and any item deemed dangerous or disruptive. 4.2 Prohibited behavior includes: violence, harassment, discriminatory conduct, drug use, public urination, climbing on barriers or structures, and interference with performers or staff. 4.3 The Organizer and security staff may search persons and belongings on entry and remove prohibited items; refusal to comply may result in denied entry or ejection without refund. 5. Event-Specific Rules (Music Concert) 5.1 Noise and sound: amplified sound levels will be typical for live music. Attendees with hearing concerns should bring appropriate protection. 5.2 VIP areas: access limited to valid VIP ticket holders; misuse may result in removal. 5.3 Staging and barriers: do not cross security barriers, attempt to access the stage, or throw objects toward performers. Failure to comply may lead to ejection and legal action. 5.4 Alcohol: served in accordance with local laws; intoxicated individuals may be refused service or entry. 6. Weather and Venue Conditions 6.1 The Event is located at l'Auberge Thaïs à Béjaïa; portions may be outdoors. The Event will proceed unless canceled for safety reasons. The Organizer is not responsible for personal discomfort due to weather; attendees should dress appropriately. 6.2 In case of significant weather disruption, the Organizer will provide updates and any applicable instructions via official channels. 7. Liability Disclaimer 7.1 Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk. The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage to property except to the extent caused by the Organizer’s gross negligence or willful misconduct as allowed by law. 7.2 The Organizer’s total liability for any claim arising from the Event is limited to the face value of the ticket unless otherwise required by applicable law. 8. Photography, Recording, and Media 8.1 By attending, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by the Organizer or its agents for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without payment or further consent. 8.2 Personal non-commercial photography and videography for private use is generally permitted; however, professional equipment (large lenses, tripods, audio recorders) and live streaming may be restricted and require prior written permission. 8.3 Unauthorized commercial use of images or recordings that include performers, branding, or other attendees is prohibited without prior written consent. 9. Enforcement and Amendments 9.1 The Organizer and security staff enforce these terms; violations may result in ejection without refund and possible legal action. 9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated via official channels when practicable. 10. Governing Law 10.1 These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Event location. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts as permitted by law.
